The programs last for 6-12 weeks. You may either choose to come onboard for the 6-week version, or the 12-week version.

Our calendars open for a limited period every quarter as we are committed to only onboarding a certain number of clients in order to ensure optimal service. If you begin the process during this time, then we shall commence immediately.
Do you accept insurance?
Sadly, at the moment, no. However, we hope to be able to do so in the near future.

Payment terminals are provided to clients upon request or upon following the C.T.A button on the website to enrol in chosen programmes. We also have up to two instalment plans for our programs.

The journals and our first line of merch are set to be launched in June, 2026. Keep an eye open for them.

No, all 1:1 sessions are held online.
